Technical due diligence / for investors
Technical due diligence
before you
invest.
Before you invest in or acquire a software company, you should know what you are buying. I review the technology, the code and the team behind it and tell you in plain language where the risks are, what they mean for the business and which questions to settle before signing.

Questions about technical due diligence
What do you need from the company under review?
Read access to source code and infrastructure, the existing documentation and a few hours with the technical team.
Can you assess stacks other than PHP and Laravel?
Architecture, security, process and team risks can be assessed on any stack. For a code-level review outside my core stack I tell you upfront how deep I can go.
Can you help after the investment?
Yes. If the findings need follow-up, I can support the team as fractional or interim CTO.
